In June we had a wonderful visit to Michigan to visit Arne's family. We started out in East Lansing. Elsa and Liam enjoyed playing out front of the house, swimming at the MAC pool, and visiting the local parks.
Our next stop was Traverse City. From there we headed out to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the adorable town of Empire.
Back in Traverse City, we celebrated Erika's 13th birthday!
The last morning in Traverse City, we played at the lakeshore.
On the way home we stopped at an indoor water park. It was a ton of fun.
Back in East Lansing, we had a cool visit to Impression 5, an awesome local science center for kids. The kids made slime and played with all sorts of fun things, including a bass.
For our last day we all headed out to Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum. It was cool to ride in a Model T and a steam train, and then check out the cool museum.
After a great trip, we left Elsa behind to hang out with her cousins and flew home.
