Halloween Fun

This year Elsa decided to be a zebra rock star, while Liam was excited to be a skeleton!
The day started out heading to school for the Halloween Breakfast and Parade.  It was hard to leave the house with a spooky spider web filled with spiders in front. At school the kids met up with friends and then Elsa's Noon Corus did a song before the kids ran onto the field in groups by their costume (Animals for Elsa; Skeletons for Liam).

After the Parade both of their classes had Halloween parties.

After school we headed right out for trick-or-treating, getting a big stuffed animal from the first house.  We joined friends this year until their legs ran out of energy.

Before Halloween we enjoyed some time at Ardenwood Farms for some harvest and pumpkin patch fun.
There were several pumpkin carving parties, including one at AKC.  It was great fun to watch Liam and Elsa work diligently to carve their pumpkins.

Elsa also enjoyed painting Liam's face.

Now the kids are just waiting for their treat from the Switch Witch (who replaces their candy with a present).
